Delivery management for Ericsson’s digital evolution
Turning abstract ideas into actionable plans I created a more efficient, happier team capable of delivering world-class results. We adopted a proactive strategy, using design thinking and continuous feedback to enhance Ericsson’s website. Fostering open communication and utilising data insights, I ensured the team was always at its best, delivering top-notch performance while managing resources effectively. The result? A culture of collaboration and excellence, driving Ericsson towards a brighter digital future.
Generating insights from energy data
I led the development of an MVP analytics platform, ensuring it was efficient and adaptable for various clients. My focus was on essential features and overall performance. Achievements include streamlining project planning for better time management, enhancing security and service reliability, improving progress tracking and adapting to changes effectively.
Home and pet insurance
Led agile transformation of three development teams, enhancing collaboration with a new offshore dev ops team. I introduced iterative delivery methods, breaking down silos, and implementing leaner workflows. I developed a new operating model fostering close cooperation between application development and stakeholders. My management of dependencies across teams, projects, and BAU, along with establishing clear processes, significantly increased release frequency from quarterly to weekly, notably for clients like More Than, M&S, and John Lewis.
Behavioural science solutions
Successfully managed swift rollout of Mindgym’s new website, ensuring a seamless transition with no business disruption. This involved maintaining key tracking features from the legacy site, while also enhancing the website’s design for better navigation and user experience, aiming to increase engagement and reduce bounce rates. Created innovative training materials for content and marketing teams, refining work processes for greater efficiency and ensuring all legal requirements were met on the new site.
